Return and Refund Policy

1. You have one year to contact us. Since the day you receive the product, if the product has quality problems or use failures during use, please keep the original product and contact our sales personnel in time. We will provide you with free maintenance or replacement.
2. In the process of use, if you damage the product due to improper use or violence, we can also provide you with maintenance, but you need to bear the maintenance costs.
Returning Shipments or Packages

a) the buyer must afford the shipping cost from buyer’s address to cwledscreen’s address.

b) the buyer is responsible for all returning packages.

c) The package shall be returned in its original packaging or new packaging.

e) Withstanding the sections above, the buyer shall provide all forms of documents relating to the returning package to our sales, when returning purchased merchandise.
